The 2013 Golden Stave Charity Luncheon theme is "Living In The '70s". The roller skate was my sister's from the era, so I was inspired to cover two of the biggest musical genres of the era with the glam rock Kiss boot and the roller disco roller skate. Plus little references to common album elemnts, such as the checkerboard floor, airbrushed stylistic treatments and the popularity of vinyl.
